Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Procurement Division in Glynco Georgia proposes to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition in accordance with Federal Acquisition regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(b)(1)(i) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requiremnts. The following is the service to be procured: Hydra and Minerva Training solution to be used for advanced training for students at the Federal Law Enforcement training Center in glynco Georgia. The work to be performed will include but not be limited to; software, installation, implementation, training classes and scenario development. Critical Simulations Ltd. of 66 Park Avenue Enfield, England as the proprietary owner of these products and methdology is the only entity that can meet the Government's need. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
