THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. NO RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED. Pursuant FAR Subpart 6.3 Other Than Full and Open Competition 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) this notice is to inform the public that the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 9 intends to award a sole source follow-on contract to Valiant Construction, LLC for a project to replace a steam line to AHU #8 and #10 at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Sidney and Lamont Street, Mountain Home, TN 37684. The estimated price for the project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
