Description

Solicitation 309th SMXG/ 519SMXS/MXDEB/ PZIMC intends to issue a sole source contract to purchase software licenses and support to the contractor (GoEngineering) which will provide Solidworks design and CAD software. The Software Maintenance Squadron has been tasked with maintenance of the existing F-16 Operational Flight Program Engineering Stations (OFPES). Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to the contractor (GoEngineering) SolidWorks design and CAD software, contracting by Negotiation. This requirement is considered sole source due to the OFPES needs to be identical to the current support and interagtion provided by the Avionics Integration Support Facility (ASIF). The NAICS code for this requirement is 334614 (Software and other prerocorded Compact Discs, Tape) with a small business size standard of 750. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and all other interested contractors shall submit a capabilities document which states their abilities on fulfilling this requirement. Responses should be submitted by 10:00 am MST on Ocotber 1, 2013.
