This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit from Biosense Webster. Interested persons may submit offers, and all eligible offers received prior to September 18, 2013 @ 0800 PST will be considered by the Government. The NAICS code is 334614 and the size standard is 750 Employees. This is an open market sole source acquisition, see attached document "S02 - Limitation of Sources."
