- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT TO CORRECT DAY QUOTES ARE DUE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is EE-1330-13-RQ-0860. The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration requires Blue Coat annual software maintenance per the specifications in the attached RFQ. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519. All responsible sources that can meet the requirement as stated may respond to this solicitation by submitting the attached signed SF1449 as a quote, to be received no later than Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 9:00 AM EST. Please see attached solicitation document for specific details. Offerors should provide and quote a total solution for each line item and/or product. Quotes should are to be emailed to Jackie.Schreckengost@noaa.gov no later than the date/time specified.
