- SCA Wage Determination for Aerobics Instructors in Taylor County, TX Aerobics Instructor RFQ Aerobics Instructor Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ) # F1R37C3078A002. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The NAICS Code is 711219, this acquisition will be a total small business set-aside. The applicable size standard is $10,000,000. This will be for an Aerobics Instructor. Dyess AFB has the following Requirements: 0001 - Aerobics Class Instructor from 1 Oct 2013 - 30 Sep 2014 1001 - Option Year 1 from 1 Oct 2014 - 30 Sep 2015 2001 - Option Year 2 from 1 Oct 2015 - 30 Sep 2016 3001 - Option Year 3 from 1 Oct 2016 - 30 Sep 2017 4001 - Option Year 4 from 1 Oct 2017 - 30 Sep 2018 Performance Work Statement with parts and quantity attached SCA Wage Determination attached Period of Performance: 1 October 2013 - 30 September 2014 The Provisions and Clauses that apply are as follows: Provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, Provision FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item Provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Provision FAR 52.252-1, Solicitation Provision Incorporated by Reference: This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor recieves notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracing Officer. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." The Government reserves the right to award all, some or none of the items in this requirement contingent upon funds becoming available. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
