- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L7-13-T-0055 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotes. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. This requirement is being advertised as Total Small Business Set Aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334220 with a Size Standard of 500. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Mississippi-Contracting Office, Jackson, MS intends to issue a purchase order for the following requirements: REQUIREMENT- CLIN 0001 - 1 BOX/EACH - RADIO CONSOLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM see attached statement of work The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1)Technical: Technical evaluation will consider compliance with statement of work (SOW) requirements. 2) Price The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical when combined, with price are equal in importance.. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following clauses apply: FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors (FEB 2012); FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on technical capability and price, when combined are approximately equal.
