- TFSAFIN14CI0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation TFSAFIN14CI0001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. The NAICS code is 561622 and the size standard is $7.0 m. This is set-aside for small businesses. The Bureau of Fiscal Services (BFS) on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) has a request for quote for on call Locksmith Services in accordance with the PWS. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUL 2013), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are attached.
