- Sole Source: The United States Army Contracting Command, Mission Installation Contracting Command, White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico, intends to exercise the fiscal year 2013 option under Contract number W9124Q-12-P-0123 pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.217-9 quote mark Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. quote mark The Government intends to extend the term of this contract for the period of 01 Oct 2013 to 30 Sep 2014 with Full Spectrum Analytics, Inc., located at 1252 Quarry Lane, Pleasanton, CA 94566-4756. This requirement was posted onto FedBid and solicited as both a GSA requirement and full and open where both solicitations received only one bid from Full Spectrum Analytics in accordance with FAR - Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Classification System code is 811219 with a size standard of $19M. This Option is in support of the White Sands Chemistry Laboratory. The service contractor shall provide annual preventative maintenance and repair services and replacement parts as needed for the Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer (GC & GC/MS) instrumentation in order to return the device(s) to its original manufacturer performance specifications.. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to execute this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed requirement. Responses other than the above source may identify their interest and capabilities to perform the requirement by submitting a proposal via email or facsimile with complete mailing address, point of contact, phone number, facsimile number, business size and shall be clearly marked with contract number W9124Q-12-P-0123.
