Description
Site Visit Details *The purpose of this amendment is to indicate that there will be a site visit held. Please see the attached "Site Visit" document for details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F2FT143232A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal. This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69, effective 1 August 2013. This acquisition is full and open. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811121, and Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 7532. The Size Standard for NAICS 811121 is $7,000,000. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001, Tear Down & Quote of one (1) Model 7600 Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) #1HTWXSHT5BJ368903 International Dump Truck in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0002, Material/Parts to repair one (1) Model 7600 Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) #1HTWXSHT5BJ368903 International Dump Truck in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0003, Labor to repair one (1) Model 7600 Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) #1HTWXSHT5BJ368903 International Dump Truck in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery Terms are FOB Destination for delivery to 823 RHS, BLDG 91151, 633 Independence Dr., Hurlburt Field, FL. The following provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and will remain in full force in any resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Jul 2013). It is amended to read: Offeror shall submit signed and dated offer to 1 SOCONS/LGCA, Attn: SrA Jeff Snyder, 350 Tully Street, Building 90339, Hurlburt Field FL 32544-5810, by 20 September 2013, 1:00 p.m. CST. Submit signed and dated Offer Schedule marked with solicitation number F2FT143232A001. The offeror may also submit an electronic copy of their signed and dated offer via e-mail to 1SOCONS.LGCA2@hurlburt.af.mil with the solicitation number in the subject block. The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors The Government will award a FFP contract to the technically-acceptable and responsible offeror with the lowest priced offer. Technical acceptability will be determined by all of the criteria in items 1-3 below being offered by the contractor. The contractor shall provide a completed offer schedule as well as a signed letter stating the below items shall be met IAW the Statement of Work. 1. Contractor shall Tear Down and Quote one (1) Model 7600 Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) #1HTWXSHT5BJ368903 International Dump Truck in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). 2. Contractor shall provide all material/parts & labor to repair one (1) Model 7600 Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) #1HTWXSHT5BJ368903 International Dump Truck in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). 3. Contractor shall complete all work within sixty (60) days after the delivery or pickup of one (1) Model 7600 VIN #1HTXSHT5BJ368903 International Dump Truck. All prospective contractors must have CAGE codes and DUNS numbers, as well as, be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ (formerly CCR) to be eligible for award. Processing time for registration in SAM may take five business days or more.
