- The NAICS for this procurement is 334511. Port Hueneme Division Naval Surface Warfare Center, (PHD NSWC), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-10-G-5342 on a sole source basis to Exelis Incorporated, 7821 Orion Avenue, Van Nuys, CA 91406. This order is for the the update of the AN/SPS-48G(V)1 Radar Maintenance Familiarization Training Course materials and delivery of up to six sessions of the course training.. Efforts shall include evaluating, updating, and producing electronic and print student guides for use by students in the AN/SPS-48G(V)1 Radar Maintenance Familiarization Training Course. The Task order will cover a 17 month period of performance to incorporate six training sessions.Exelis Incorporated is the original equipment designer and sole manufacturer of this equipment with unique knowledge, experience, technical skills, and tooling required for software maintenance engineering builds.
