- Bauer UNICUS III 13H-E3 J & A Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Bauer III Unicus 13H-E3 Compressor) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-13-Q-0029 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-69, dated September 3, 2013. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333912. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 3563. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this order is 4310. These following Brand Name commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN0001 - Quantity: 1, Bauer Unicus III 13H-E3 Compressor to include installation. Description: Working Pressure: 6,000 PSI Horsepower: 10 Three Phase Electric Charging Rate: 13SCFM Purification: P2 Securus Air Storage: (4) 6,000 PSI ASME Cylinders Three Position Containment Fill Station Electronic CO Monitor w/ Calibration Kit Dual Fill Three Position High Pressure / Scuba Stainless Steel Fill Adapters The awarded vendor will be required to deliver and install the compressor. The Government has the capability to offload the compressor and position it in the final installation location. Vendor is required to make final termination and test run the system. A training class on operation and maintenance is requested. Include all delivery prices into the unit price for the item. Place of delivery/Installation will be: Fire Department Building 5419, Camp Wilson MAGTFTC/MCAGCC 29 Palms Twentynine Palms, CA 92278. The awardee of this requirement is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition. DFARS: 252.204-7004 Alt A, 252.212-7001(a)(b)(1)(6)(i)(23)(29) (c), 252.232-7006, 252.232-7010. Note: The complete provision of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-3 must accompany bid submittal. The Government intends to issue one (1) award from this solicitation, to the responsible/responsive quote whose quote will be the most advantageous to the Government. This contract will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This procurement is being conducted under FAR 13. *** It is very important that all vendors and contractors follow all instructions provided below, when quotes are submitted *** Please include affirmative certification of ability to comply with Required Delivery Date 30 September 2013.
