- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W92D0-13-T-8026 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-69, effective date 3 Sep 2013. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333120, Construction Machinery Manufacturing. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. The Regional Contracting Office Alaska, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the manufacturing and delivery of a U/V Angling Blade for a John Deere 624J to Fort Greely Alaska, 99731. Interested vendors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) and payment upon delivery and acceptance will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Vendors must provide technical specifications and illustrations for the blade and hoses quoted. Line Item Description: CLIN 0001 One (1) each new Weldco-Beales (or equal) U/V Angling Blade to fit a John Deere 624J loader with a JRB coupler. Must have QC hooks, carbide tipped edges, and a float option. The blade must be no wider than 10 feet when in the quote mark V quote mark position to allow for driving on roads. Total Price__________________ CLIN 0002 Two (2) each hoses with fittings to attach the blades hydraulics to the loader. Each hose will be approximately 5 foot long with a female connector to the loader. Connector s will be a Parker FEM-751-12FP-NL or equivalent.
