THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. NO RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED. Pursuant to the Veterans First Contracting Program 38 U.S.C. 8127(b) this notice is to inform the public that the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 9 intends to award a sole source contract to Semper Tek, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This award will be for a project to repair and replace curb on Country Club Road at the VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206-1433. The estimated price for the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million.
