- The Department Of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), intends to award a firm-fixed price contract award on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" to The Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), 1 Massachusetts Ave NW Ste 700 Washington, DC 20001-1406 The service is to provide membership in CCSSO's Technical Issues in Large Scale Assessments (TILSA) and Implementing the Common Core (ICCS) State Collaboratives on Assessment and Student Standards (SCASS) which increases members' capacity to align curriculum, instruction, and assessments to improve organizational ability to successfully implement the Common Core State Standards and the accompanying standards based assessments. PSC is R420, NAICS Code is 813920, and Size standard is $14.0 Mil. The sole source determination is based upon CCSSO being the only source able to complete to provide membership within their organization This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
