Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT GSA Public Buildings Service General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Fort Worth Delineated Area: NORTH - Beginning at the intersection of Cherry Street and 7th street and continuing in an easterly direction ending at the intersection of Lamar Street and 7th street. EAST - Beginning at the intersection of 7th street and Lamar Street continuing in a southerly direction ending at the intersection of Lamar Street and 10th street. SOUTH - Beginning at the intersection of 10th Street and Lamar Street continuing in a westerly direction ending at the intersection of 10th street and Cherry Street. WEST Beginning at the intersection of Cherry Street and 10th Street continuing in a northerly direction ending at the intersection of Cherry Street and 7th street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,000 Space Type: Office space Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): n/a Parking Spaces (Structured): 7 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 Full Term: 15 yrs Firm Term: 10 yrs Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in a Fort Worth, TX, that will be expiring. Therefore the General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest to determine if relocating to alternative space is economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Governments' requirements, as well as cost to the incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, including the physical move and voice and data systems move, replication of tenant improvement, etc. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
