- DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each Waterjet with contract completion required in 120 days ARO. Solicitation is Other Full and Open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 13-11-1037 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPM4A813R0074 is anticipated to issue on October 4, 2013 and close on November 4, 2013. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin and Final Inspection and Acceptance at Destination Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
