- N00189-13-T-PB24 Attachment 3 - QASP MATRIX N00189-13-T-PB24 Attachment 2 - QASP N00189-13-T-PB24 Attachment 1 - CAP N00189-13-T-PB24 Quote Sheet This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (NECO is inoperable) (https://www.fbo.gov/). The RFQ number is N00189-13-T-PB24. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 05-69 and DFARS Change Notice 2013-0909. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 611519 and the Small Business Standard is $14 million. This is a SOLE SOURCE requirement to TDS Automation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard FLC Norfolk Annex requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: the development and implementation of an Electrical Training Program for HLT and LHS transport vehicles. Period of performance is 09/30/13 to 09/29/14; Place of Performance is Kittery, ME. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
