- The Southern Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole source firm fixed price (FFP) contract to Advanced Sterilization Products Services Inc., for the purchase of full service maintenance services for two Government owned plasma sterilizers located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency on future procurements. The government shall not reimburse interested parties for submissions of capability statements in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. E-mail is the preferred method of communication. No telephonic responses will be honored.
