- Solicitation the purpose of this amendment is to post the solicitation with a response date of September 25, 2013 at 4:00 PM CT. The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Center for Plant Health Science and Technology (CPHST) in Miami, FL intends to procure one Digital Radiography System. This will be a one-time purchase utilizing a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. This will be a best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-6395-S-13-0176, will be released on or about September 17, 2013 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website.
