- Solicitation for the outfit of an emergency response trailer. Purchase, installation, construction, design, and completion of a turnkey operations ready response operations upgrade to the 87 CES/CEX current response trailer. Installation of new racks, shelving, desks, and other items to ensure the new response trailer would be able to seamlessly take over for the aging current one. Proof of operations of rack systems, shelving and other items will be tested and evaluated by the Emergency Management Office before completion can be declared. The Contractor shall purchase/build/install all items outlined on the trailer. Contractor shall run appropriate wires and controller devices to incorporate new lighting and speaker functions. The Contractor will also provide maintenance, upgrades and repair/replacement of all parts purchased when necessary. See SOW for additional information. A site visit is scheduled for 24 September 2013 at 1000. Offerors planning to attend should email a list of attendees to include names, Social Security Numbers, Driver's License Numbers and State of issue to Wanda Wilson at Email: wanda.wilson.1@us.af.mil no later than 20 September 2013 at 1500 for security processing. Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in delay or denial of access to the installation. I will meet you at the McGuire's visitor center at 0945. Questions should be submitted in writing to wanda.wilson.1@us.af.mil by 25 September 2013 at 1200. This site visit is optional to ensure you as an offeror are providing a full and complete quote that encompasses all of the work required.
