- Preventative and Remedial Maintenance for Spectramax M5 molecular device The solicitation number is FA8601-13-T-0294, the NAICS Code is 334516. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii). The proposed sole source is Molecular Devices. The purchase is for Preventative and Remedial Maintenance for Spectramax M5 molecular device. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within Three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any information should be e-mailed to jaosn.hardman2@wpafb.af.mil or faxed to Jason Hardman, AFLCMC/PZIOAB, 937-656-1412 no later than 11:00am Eastern on Sept 20th 2013. Only inquiries/information received by this date will be considered. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads "FA8601-13-T-0294. " Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e.,.exe, or.zip files).
