In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.? Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research on Hospital Accreditation Services. This Sources Sought Notice is to provide a draft Statement of Objectives to all interested parties for comment. The NAICS code for the subject effort is 813920 Professional Organizations and it is anticipated to be a full and open competitive procurement. VA is requesting comments and suggestions on the attached draft document no later than 5:00pm EST September 24, 2013. Please respond directly to Beth Davis, Contract Specialist, beth.davis2@va.gov. Presentations should demonstrate the organizations capability to meet the accreditation requirement of the VA including transitioning from the previous accreditation organization, if applicable. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
