Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 52.211-6 - Brand Name or Equal, the Northern Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase one Olympus Colonoscope Workstation for the Air Force Military Treatment Facility at Scott AFB, Ill. This acquisition will be processed under commercial item procedures. Award shall be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is being competed on an unrestricted basis utilizing the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code, 334510, with a size standard of 500 employees. All responsible sources are invited to submit an offer. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant Purchase Order. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
