- BPA contractors must be able to front the cost of supplies, as payment by the Government will be made on a reimbursement basis. The contractor shall deliver liquified propane gas (LPG), Technical min 95% propane propylene to the Unites States Army Garrison Kaiserslautem (USAG-K) in Miesau. Delivery will be expected during normal duty hours 0730-1530 Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Orders will be placed at least 3 working days prior to delivery. Below is a list of delivery information: USAG-K Miesau: Bldg. 1206 with tank capacity of 4,850 ltr. Bldg. 1426 with tank capacity of 6,400 ltr. Please review the attached Synopsis and provide an offer utilizing the Price List. Please return the Price list with your company contact info and the line items costs. Performance is projected to start effective 1 October 2013.
