- The USDA/National Finance Center (NFC), New Orleans, LA intends to issue a sole source award in accordance with the procedures of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, to Imecom Group, Inc., 8 Governor Wentworth Hwy., Wolfeboro, NH 03894, to provide Imecom Group Standard technical hardware and software maintenance for Imecom Fax Server for New Orleans location and provide Imecom Group Standard technical hardware and software maintenance for Imecom Fax Server for Denver location. Plan included technical support and software upgrades, via phone, email and remote connection to DM Fax Server. The anticipated award will be Firm-Fixed Price. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notification closes on September 20, 2013, 11:00 a.m., CST.
