- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106 to the County of Montgomery, One Montgomery Plaza, Suite 800, Morristown, PA 19404-0311. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. The County of Montgomery is the only known source capable of meeting the Governments requirements for firearms training for personnel qualification that meets the Governments needs. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 13.106. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
