Description

FA4877-13-R-0038 Davis-Bacon Act AZ33 Statement of Work This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. A) This acquisition is a 100% Economically-Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) Set-Aside. B) Applicable NAICS: 238210 with a threshold of $14M per year. C) DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE IAW FAR 36.204: Less than $25,000.00. D) SITE VISIT: 23 Sep 13 at 10:00 AM (local time). All contractors will meet at the Davis-Monthan AFB Swan Gate by 9:30 AM (local time). E) Contractors MUST have current ID, and proof of auto insurance and registration if driving. F) All site visit questions are due to branden.reagan@dm.af.mil by close of business (COB) 24 Sep 13. G) PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INFORMATION: Proposals shall be emailed to branden.reagan@dm.af.mil and to ian.lutjens@dm.af.mil. Proposals shall include but, are not limited to the following: 1. Signed SF 1442 with filled out blocks; 14, 15, 19 (if applicable), 20A, 20B, and 20C. 2. Completed Section B. 3. Brief Technical Statement as spelled out in Section M of this solicitation.
