- Facility Notes Fire Detection and Alarm System ITM Sign In Sheet Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Fire Alarm and Extinguishing System Services - fbo.gov posting THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER A Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The announcement constitutes the combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice; the written solicitation is attached and bids are being requested. Solicitation number FA4600-13-R-0013 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QOUTES (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-67. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621, and the small business size standard is $19M. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE for SDVOSB concerns. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price service contract with a Period of Performance (PoP) of a base plus four option years. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-13-R-0013 on all correspondence. The location of this project is Offutt AFB, NE. This project consists of services providing all inspection, testing, and maintenance on installed automatic fire alarm and extinguishing systems in accordance UFC 3-601-02 Operations Maintenance. All services shall be performed IAW the terms and conditions set forth in the PWS and the contract. Attachment 1: Performance of Work Statement (PWS) (Sec 3.1/3.2 lists equipment/locations) Attachment 2: Wage Determination Attachment 3: Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) Please see attachment for Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Fire Alarm and Extinguishing System Services response date has been extended to 26 September 2013 @ 0200 p.m. cst. NOTIFICATION OF PROJECTED SITE VISIT Due to the expressed interest in a site visit for solicitation (FA4600-13-R-0013 - Installed Fire Alarm and Extinguishing/Halon Systems Inspection Testing and Maintenance) we will conduct a Site visit for this requirement. Date: 19 September 2013 @ 0730 a.m. CST. Location: Offutt AFB, N.E. 68113 Please meet at Offutt AFB's main gate (STRATCOM GATE) at the visitors center no later than 0:730 a.m. to attend the Fire Alarm Maintenance and Halon Maintenance services Site Visit.
