- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912JA-13-R-RADIOS and is issued as an Request for Proposal (RFP) unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-69. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 people. The solicitation will close 24 September 2013 at 1500 CST. The Alabama National Guard is seeking to purchase Hand Held Radios at Montgomery, Alabama. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The following items are being listed as a brand name or equal: CLIN 001Motorola XTS-5000 w/ parts MFR: 1Q329 SEQ 320CMX1392 20 each CLIN 002, Impress Charger Single, MC4111AR 10 Each CLIN 003, Impress Charger Multiple MC4130A 2 each CLIN 004, Earpiece with Mic and PPT Combined BDN6667 30 each Radios must interface with existing XTS-5000 Radios Delivery location 1720 Congressman William L.
