- Amendment #2 to the solicitation (9/19/2013) The requiring activity has not yet solidified all the answers to the questions posed by prospective offerors. We do not anticipate being able to distribute the finalized answers until September 24 or September 25, 2013. Therefore, we are amending the solicitation to change the closing date for the receipt of quotations to 3:00 PM Eastern time, Monday, September 30, 2013. All other conditions remain unchanged. Note: REF: Amendment #1, below. As an acquisition set-aside for a small business, the offeror submitting a quote must be registered on the government's SAM.Gov website as having a line of business and size consistent with the NAIC Code 541511. A quote cannot be considered as responsive if it is from a business that is not operating and registered under the specified NAICS code. --------------- Amendment #1 to solicitation The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is changed from 611420 to 541511. All other terms remain unchanged as in ther Attachment Amendment #2 to solicitation The closing date for government's receipt of quotations is extended until 3PM eastern time on Friday, Seprtember 20, 2013. Questions were submitted by numerous prospective offerors. It is anticipated that answers will be ready for distribution on Tuesday, Sepbermber 17, 2013.
