- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued and as a result, proposals are being requested. A written Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation W911SR-Switches issued as the RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69. The Government intends to award a single award, firm-fixed-price purchase order for the Brand name, GE/Zenith Controls automatic transfer switches as described in the attached Purchase Description. Offerors are required to provide a copy of their representation and certifications as required by FAR clause 52.212-3 ALT I. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 335313 and the size standard is 750 employees. Vendors who are not registered in the SAM database prior to award will not be considered. Vendors may register with SAM by calling 1-866-606-8220 or online at https://www.sam.gov, service desk http://www.FSD.gov. All Quotations must be signed, dated and submitted via e-mail to Diane Dei, diane.v.dei.civ@mail.mil, no later than 12:00 P.M. EDT on 25 September 2013.
