- This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3120-01-017-0177 ) for a BEARING, PLAIN, SELF-ALIGNING. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. This item is manufactured to a "Source Controlled Drawing: LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION CAGE: 98897 Drawing: 4T99000 REV G P/N: 4T99000-101A." Approved Sources: RBC SOUTHWEST PRODUCTS, INC. 81376 P/N 4T99000-101A, DOVER ENGINEERED SYSTEMS, INC. DBA 97613 P/N 4T99000-101A and U S BEARINGS 02758 P/N 4T99000-101A. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies -Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 150 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 9 per contact period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 5 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 5 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 9 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 7 OCT 13 anticipated closing date of 7 NOV 2013), anticipated award date is DEC 2013. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
