- Sources Sought Announcement VCOT Statement of Work BCT IRT Statement of Work The ARNG has an immediate need for Brigade Combat Team Individual Reality Trainers (BCT/IRTs) and Virtual Convoy Operations Trainers (VCOTs). Due to limitations in ranges, ammunition, and time, ARNG crews are often hard-pressed to fulfill annual training requirements. BCT/IRTs and VCOTs provide sufficient mitigation for these gaps in training capabilities. In order to provide sufficient and further detail to prospective vendors, two DRAFT Statements of Work (SOW) are attached for reference.
