Middleton VA Hospital, Wisconsin: 1.Qty. 2 - IS40770 - nStream HD G3 Dual Channel Image Capture System w/ DICOM 2.Qty. 1 - CLL-S1 - Strobeled LED Stroboscopy 3.Qty. 1 - IS50046 - ELO 928L Medical Grade Touch Panel ELO# E522556 4.Qty. 2 - IS40020 - DV-R Foot Switch for nStream 12ft. 5.Qty. 1 - IS40230 - Audio Recording Kit 6.Qty. 1 - IS40290 - Vaultstream Server Software Site Hosted 7.Qty. 1 - IS40470 - Vaultstream Installation 8.Qty. 5 - IS40430 - VIP (thing client) License for Vaultstream 9.Qty. 8 - IS01401 - LBR-Hourly Labor Rate for Service, Repair, Installation 10.Qty. 1 - OTV-57PROH-HD-LO8E - Ultra Lt Built in BS, X 0.8 Eye Piece 11.Qty. 1 - IS40220 - Text Video Overlay Kit The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Olympus America, Inc, 3500 Corporate Pkwy, Center Valley, PA 18034-8229, as the only responsible source to provide the above items. The total award amount is estimated to be $100,410.27. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 334510 and the size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all quotes received within three days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
