THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. THIS REQUEST DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY ANY COSTS INCURRED IN THE PREPARATION OF THE SUBMISSION OF THIS QUOTATION OR TO CONTRACT FOR SUPPLIES OR SERVICES. A site visit will be held on Monday, 23 Sep 13 at Medina Annex, JBSA Lackland 78236, 0930 hrs. Vendors must submit request for access by email nlt 20 Sep 13 1400 hrs cst. We will meet at the visitor control center for passes or if you have a pass already you can meet at bldg 147. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO QUOTE, PLEASE ANNOTATE "NO BID." Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for this solicitation are as follows: This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Brand name or Equal for the anti microbial spray. Bio Shield 75 Quarterly treatment for MRSA with bioshield 75 in bldgs 147, 150 and 242 as described in the SOW. Visit all locations fort-five days after treatment and test for bacteria. Any tested area with a bacteria count of >200 will be retreated at N/C to the government. Additional Treatments Rendered at N/C to the Government: Bldg 147: Restrooms & Locker Areas (high thouch points) Bldg 150: Instructor/student locker areas and instructor Offices Bldg 227/Dorm: All dorm rooms, showers, carpets, beds and whirlpool tubs. Syndicate will also provide at N/C to the Government 10 Cases of Armor 90X (120) bottles for staff use to disenfect gear/clothing. They will also provide at N/C training on the application of Armor 90X.
