This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A. Solicitation Number: W564KV-13-T-0185 is issued as a: _X__ request for quotation (RFQ) ____ request for proposal (RFP). B. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. C. This RFQ/RFP is not set-aside for any NAICS code or small business size standard. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program does not apply to this requirement. D.
