- Sole Source Justifacation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-13-Q-0475 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, Defense Circular Number 20130909, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2013-0827. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name. Video Camera must be capable of mounting on a picatinny rail system, and include internal Bluetooth or wireless remote control function, 170 degree wide angle lens capable of 270 degree rotation, laser sight alignment, built in GPS sensor, internal/external microphone capability, and include USB charging capability. Video camera must be waterproof to a depth of 40 meters or fully operational within a waterproof case offering protection to a depth of 40 meters. Dimensions shall not exceed 98mm length x 60mm height x 34mm width. CLIN 0021- 15 EA, VIDEO CAMERA KIT ACCESSORIES Waterproof case, to meet the " waterproof depth of 40 meters" requirement.
