- SOLICITATION This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), service contract IAW FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is for services on brake arm assemblies manufactured in accordance with drawing 802011211200 and a statement of work (SOW). Solicitation Number N00164-13-T-0302 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Size Standard for NAICS Code 332813 is 500 CLIN 0001 - Qty 1200 service brake arm assemblies IAW SOW and dwg 802011211200. CLIN 0002 - Qty 1 lot; First Article Testing (FAT) IAW SOW and Drawings. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. Quoter's prior to submitting a quote carefully review ALL sections and fill in all blanks. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). CCR and ORCA have been recently incorporated into the Governments new point of registration, System for Awards Management (SAM). This site can be accessed at https://www.sam.gov. Re-registration may be necessary. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offeror's that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation.
