- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) at Fort Detrick, MD in support of U.S. Army Garrison Fort Detrick (USAG) at Fort Detrick, MD. has a requirement for the Auditorium and Training Center. The AV equipment will be Brand Name or Equal - the potential Contractor will be responsible for Audio Visual Equipment, Installation of Working Audio Visual System, and Training to include Help Desk Support for the following areas: 1st Tier requirement- Auditorium (1st Floor)- 20 person Classroom (1st Floor)- Tech Center (2nd Floor)- 2nd Tier requirement- Classroom (2nd Floor), Tech Center (1st Floor), 3rd Tier requirement- Classrooms 203 and 204 (2nd Floor), Classroom 210 (2nd Floor) All offerors are invited to provide technical specifications and characteristics of their product that meets or exceeds the specified characteristics provided in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for review on or before 10 October 2013. Please submit your documentation and your quote no later than 2:00PM on 21 October 2013 to Mr. Kevin Comegys at kevin.e.comegys.civ@mail.mil in accordance with the terms and conditions on the Standard Form 1449 posted on this website.
