Description

JOFOC Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the NLRB intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to PACER. Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is available from and operated by the Federal Judiciary (U.S. Administration Office of Courts) and is the only known source that can provide these services making this best value to the Government. This service enables NLRB legal staff to access an electronic database to obtain complete, current, and accurate case and docket information from Federal Supreme, Appellate, District and Bankruptcy Courts and the U.S. Party/Case Index for legal and adjudication purposes. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding any firm that believes it is capable of satisfying the NLRB's requirements may submit a written capabilities statement, which will be considered for future requirements. A determination not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
