- The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 5, is hereby issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Janitorial Services at the headquarters office/visitor center and Maintenance shop, details as indicated in the Statement of Work attachment herein. Services will be required for the period of One Base and 4 Option Years from 2013 through 2018 to Ohio River Islands National Wildlife Refuge, 3915 and 3982 Waverly Road, Williamstown, WV 26187. This procurement action is being solicited as Open Market. The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contractor will pay employees (and subcontractors) in accordance with Department of Labor, Service Contract Act of 1965 wage determination number 2005-2573, which is hereby attached and will be incorporated into the order.
