- Firing Range PWS General Information Document Type: RFQ Posted Date: 20 September 2013 Response Date: 24 September 2013 Time: 1200 MST NAICS Code: 562910 This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation RFQ F1Y6AB3126A001. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 562910, with a size standard of $19 million. Purpose: To perform range cleaning services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the F.E. Warren Air Force Base Firing Range, Cheyenne, WY 82005. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide Lead and Brass Removal Services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. Criteria: The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is lowest price technically acceptable. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM - https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to this solicitation notice. Provisions/ Clauses: This Request for Quotation incorporates the following provisions and clauses: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-3 Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
