Mail to: Davidm.Esmay@va.gov DESCRIPTION: The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Albany, NY has a requirement for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Retinal Specialist to perform clinical and educational services to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs at the VA Medical Center in Albany, NY. The proposed contract period shall be for a base period; anticipated to be January 1, 2014 - December 31, 2014 with four one year option periods thereafter. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract with economic price adjustment for the per procedure component of the price schedule. Contract performance is subject to award and availability of funds. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621320 and the size standard id $7 million. The solicitation will be available on September 20, 2013.
