Description

Request for Information / Sources Sought Notice The US Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6) for the Salem VAMC in Salem VA, is conducting market research through this RFI / Sources Sought Notice to seek contract sources for Boiler Plant Salt/Softener. Requirement: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, tools, transportation and qualified supervision to provide and deliver on an as needed basis. Salt, bulk, grade C, screened and dried for water softening, 23 tons per load, to be blown into bins at building 13 Boiler Plant at the Salem VA Medical Center Salem, VA. Vendor shall provide salt to destination within 72 hours of notification and can be delivered 24 Hours/Day 7 Days/Week for a period of One (1) Base Year and Four (4) one-year options. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you are a small business and can provide these items please respond to this notice.
