- Panther WAS License Renewal The Department of the Interior's Interior Business Center has a requirement for Panther WAS AppSvrEng and Panther WAS WebAppBkr license renewals. The government believes this is proprietary only to JYACC, Inc. (D/B/A Prolifics) and intends to award this requirement to JYACC, Inc. under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). This requirement is a continuation of existing licenses. This is a firm-fixed price contract with a one (1) year period of performance from 10/01/2013 to 09/30/2014. The applicable NAICS code is 541511, and the size standard is $25.5m. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation; however, interested persons may identify their interest and respond to this requirement. The government will consider responses received by September 25, 2013 at 12:00 pm EST. The government shall not assume any costs for preparing or submitting any information in response to this announcement. Vendor responses must demonstrate the expertise, experience, and ability to provide this service.
