- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide storage tanf for the collection of any oil or water drainage discharge at the Green Peter Powerhouse, Foster, OR. The tank system shall operate solely by gravity. The tank shall have a closed top with a minimum storage capacity of 18,000 gallons and at least one discharge point. The system shall include piping and pipe guards for vehicle traffic to drive over pipe system.
