- The project shall provide field surveys, studies, designs and construction for the replacements and upgrades of the 50Hz 13.8kV J-Line System, Located in Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, Japan. This project shall replace and upgrade the aged J-Line System to provide reliable and dependable electrical service to all commands and residents. This project shall also provide 13.8/6.6kV dual rating voltage operation functions to the J-Line System for future operation voltage change to 6.6kV. Proposals are due 10:30 AM (JST) to Building 89, NAF Atsugi.
