- NSN 1560-01-555-09125, PR 48901544; Item: SPAR, Aircraft. Specifications, plans or drawings plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. P/N: 16W132-13; Approved Sources are Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE: 81755), Dunn, HM Company (CAGE 64666), Progressive Incorporated (CAGE 64900), Aerospace and Commercial (CAGE 1XKR3). Any manufactures not listed above that wishes to submit a source approval request for this item for future procurements should visit http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement is a large purchase quantity of 102 each. This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control; not an Identified Critical Safety Item (CSI); Part Numbered Item. The technical data package for this item is subject to Export Control. Specifications, plans, or drawing relating to the procurement described ane not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Government First Article Testing of 1 unit applies to this procurement. The First Article Unit requested delivery is 90 days from the date of award, Government Test/Evaluation is 180 days. The Production requested delivery is 284 days from government acceptance/approval of the First Article. FOB is Destination; Inspection at Origin This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dlaprocurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor.
