Description
America Vault - Modular Vault Modular Vaults are expandable and reloadable; it can change with your changing needs. Standard panel sizes allow for vaults to increase by 6 quote mark increments. Modular Vaults are installed by DBSI, Inc. certified installation experts. Our single source philosophy allows us to have the tightest of internal controls for accountability and convenience to our customers. Modular Vault and Vault Doors are U.L. tested and approved. This provides the credit union with a complete U.L. system. Panels provide better torch and tool attack protection, this is due to DBSI, Inc.'s unique compaction process. This process eliminates imperfections such as cracks and bubbles found in poured in place vaults. Class M Modular Vault panels are only 3 quote mark thick. This allows for greater useable volume with the same size vault. Modular Vault Panels weigh approximately 55% less than a poured in place vault. With this significant reduction in floor load, the result is less construction cost. All access for conduit is built into the modular panels. Any future changes or additional needs are easily obtainable. Panels are pan formed five sided of 16 gauge hot rolled baked on red primer steel. The way in which our modular vaults are designed allows them to be viewed as a piece of security equipment rather than part of the building; this offers very effective tax benefits. The modular vault can now be written off on an accelerated tax schedule, 7 years as opposed to 30. Job site must free and clear access for equipment and vault, no stairs, clear overhead for fork lift installation. Ground Floor slab on grade (1)UL listed American Vault - modular vault - 5 sided Size 20' x 20' x 8' 6 quote mark w/GSA 5 door
